What these parameters mean:

• Service Hour Rate: How much you charge customers per service hour ($65/hr)
• Average Hourly Wage: Hourly pay rate for workers ($12.98/hr includes wages and benefits)
• Overtime Multiplier: Pay rate multiplier for overtime hours (1.5x = time-and-a-half)
• Vehicle Cost per Mile: Operating cost per mile driven ($0.90/mile for fuel, maintenance)
• Service Overhead: Extra time factor for setup/cleanup (1.15 = 15% additional time)
• Max Safe Utilization: Target efficiency to prevent burnout (0.9 = 90% of work hours)
• Distance Buffer: Multiplier for straight-line distances to account for actual road travel (1.5 = 50% longer than crow-flies distance)
• Base Location (Lat/Lon): Crew starting point for distance calculations. Crews start from base → job #1 → job #2 → ... → return to base. Leave at 0,0 to calculate only job-to-job distances.
